While traditional wedding venues can be quite costly, at Roaches Hall you will have an empty canvas. Hence, you’ll be able to create your own bespoke dream wedding reception. Even though Roaches Hall does not come with a wedding licence, there are plenty of local places in the area where the ceremony can be held. Exchange your vows in one of the local churches or registry offices and head back for the wedding reception party. No matter the time of the year, we assure you that you an unforgetable wedding at this stunning wedding reception venue in the Peak District.
A Wedding Reception to Remember
As the venue is self-catered you choose your own caterers or food, and your own drink. The more you celebrate, the merrier, right? Get ready together in the company of those you love, do a pre-wedding dinner, an alfresco BBQ, play games, or even bring in an activity provider! The best part about this breathtaking property is the freedom to do whatever you like in a privately hired wedding venue.
You can hold the wedding reception indoors or in the gardens. If you choose to have your wedding reception outdoors, take full advantage of the available BBQ. Up to 30 day guests can be accommodated and a marquee can be hired as well. Please note there is an extra fee for day guests and we ask your marquee provider to check the land first. As we situated in the heart of the stunning Peak District we ask that once it goes dark the party heads indoors.
Wonderful On-site Entertainment & Accommodation
Dinner parties can also be held in the dining area for 34. The entire house comes with an Ohm Surround Sound System so bring your Aux cable and play your own music. You can also hire a band, but please notify us in advance. There is one spacious reception room which is perfect for a party and a second one with a 7-foot pool table. Furthermore, there is also table tennis, table football, and an Xbox snug for guests of all ages. You can also explore the beautiful Peak District or have activities organised on-site, making Roaches Hall an excelent choice for weddings and celebrations.
The 13 cosy bedrooms enable comfortable accommodation for 30 overnight guests. While the bedrooms range from twins to quads, the newly weds can enjoy a grand 4-poster bed with a bathtub and stunning views of the local area.
